Domestic Voters

To vote by mail, please print an Application for Ballot by Mail, complete and sign it, and mail it to the Nacogdoches County Elections Office – 203 W. Main St. – Nacogdoches, TX 75961. You may also call the Nacogdoches County Elections Office at (936) 560-7825 and request that an Application for Ballot by Mail be mailed to you.

To qualify to vote by mail you must meet at least one of the following qualifications:

65 Years of Age or Older
Disability
Expected to Give Birth Within Three Weeks Before or After Election Day
Expected Absence from County¹
Confinement in Jail

¹If selecting Expected Absence from County, and you are not 65 years or older, or if you do not have a disability, you MUST provide an address outside of Nacogdoches County for your ballot to be mailed to. By State law we cannot mail a ballot to your Nacogdoches County address at this time if you select this option and you are not 65 years of age or older, or if you do not have a disability.
