Volunteer Deputy Registrars
Volunteer Deputy Registrars are individuals who volunteer to conduct voter drives and assist people with registering to vote. Due to our many other responsibilities, the Nacogdoches County Elections Office is not staffed to conduct Volunteer Deputy Registrar training classes on demand as often as they are requested, so we have adopted the Secretary of State’s online training program under Chapter 13, Subchapter B, Section 13.048 of the Texas Election Code.
