The Environmental Health & Maintneance Office has three different duties in Nacogdoches County. The Environmental Health & Maintenance Office is the permitting authority for any new construction and existing buildings for on site sewage facilities.
This office is also responsible for maintaining all physical properties that the county owns and prepares for functions held on county property
