 Welcome to our new Nacogdoches County Web Site.  Due to the way County Government is structured, all money is designated a year in advance.  Our 2007 budget did not include money to initiate a new website.  I would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. James Kroll & the Columbia Center in helping us with the needed personnel to accomplish our dreams of making a useful and attractive website to serve the citizens of Nacogdoches.  Without Dr. Kroll’s offer to assist the county in building this website, it would be impossible to have this site until the next budget year.  A sincere thanks goes to Mr. P. R. Blackwell of the Columbia Center for the many hours he has devoted to making it easier to find your way around your County government.  There are times I know it seems like finding the help you need from your local government is like walking through a maze.  Mr. Blackwell has worked very hard in helping our citizens get the assistance they need in a much easier and convenient way.   I hope the information we have here will help make your life just a little easier.
